doris for Debian

All binaries of the doris package are stored in /usr/lib/doris namely DORISBIN.
The user should add DORISBIN to the PATH in order to use all doris tools e.g.
adding:

export PATH=/usr/lib/doris:/usr/lib/gmt/bin:$PATH

in the ~/.profile configuration file or typing:

$ export PATH=/usr/lib/doris:/usr/lib/gmt/bin:$PATH

in the shell prompt.

In /usr/bin it is provided a symlink to the "run" tool, /usr/bin/rundoris,
and a wrapper script for the doris executable.
The wrapper script set some environment variable (numeric and time locale) and
extend the PATH to include DORISBIN and /usr/lib/gmt/bin (for GMT tools).

NOTE: currently the debian package of DORIS uses the system epr-api library
      that doesn't provide support for reading ERS products in ENVISAT format.
