Music and sound is non-free and not distributable by Debian

Earlier versions of blobwars were released in Debian main with music and sound,
since it was though that they were in the public domain. However, it was
brought to the attention of upstream's main author that the music was not
necessarily in the public domain. The sound and music files have been
downloaded from various free online repositories, such as (but not limitted to)
modarchive.com. Some of these repositories allow free use and redistribution of the
sound and music files, but not necessarily modification or commercial use.
For some files it is not clear what kind of license applies to them.
Therefore, the music and sound in Blobwars is not DFSG compliant, and cannot be
distributed in Debian, not even in the non-free section.

Since the game and graphics are licensed under the GPL v2, and since the game
is playable without sound and music, the game is now distributed in Debian main
without sound and music.
