carmetal for Debian

The carmetal script shell used to launch carmetal uses default java if it's openjdk-6 or cacao-oj6 one. Else it will uses installed opejdk-6 or installed cacao-oj6. 
Set CARMETAL_JAVA environnment variable to use other java.

.zir and .zirz files are normal file from CaRMetal. Type-mime are for them set so you can open them just by clicking.

.job and .jobz files are exercices, but CaRMetal cannot open them directly: you have to launch it, open the "Special" menu, and choose "Open an exercice". That's why the type-mime is not set for them.
