cht.sh for Debian

In upstream repository, you will find the 'cheat.sh service', the command line
client 'cht.sh' and extensions for editors (ie.: vim, emacs).

This package deliveries only the command line client (cht.sh) in lite mode
using 'https://cheat.sh/' only. For it, only the file 'share/cht.sh.txt'
is needed.

There is the option to use the client in auto mode (locally), without accessing
the public cheat.sh service. In this case, for the server you can use the
dockerfile in the repository. It takes approximately 1G of the disk space.
