dpo-tools for Debian

To use the scripts, we will need:

1) Copy the file /etc/dpo-tools/dpo-init-po.awk to your home and edit it with
your information.

2) Download the file https://i18n.debian.org/compendia/pt_BR/compendium-pt_BR-LATEST.po
to your home.
