fastapi (0.143.3-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  FastAPI no longer configures OpenTelemetry exporters from the OTEL_*
  environment variables by default. Applications that relied on it to export
  traces, metrics and logs to an OTLP endpoint (for example by setting
  OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_ENDPOINT) stop exporting after the upgrade.

  To keep the previous behavior, set FASTAPI_OTEL_AUTO_CONFIGURE=true in the
  environment, or pass telemetry={"auto_configure": True} to FastAPI().
  Applications that set up their own providers and exporters are not
  affected.
