Temporarily disabled running tests because they make use of fontbakery, which
isn't packaged for Debian yet.

This repository is also used to maintain the upstream Ubuntu PPA. These
changelogs exist in `ubuntu` branch, and the master branch gets merged to this
branch during a new release.
