  * Drop watch file and add lintian-override indicating missing upstream.
  * debian/control:
    + Use secure URL for Vcs-Git and Vcs-Browser field.
    + Switch to cgit for Vcs-Browser field.
    + Mark package compliant with Debian Policy 3.9.8.
    + Change my email address in uploaders field.
  * Bump debian/compat to 9.
