The original dstribution includes the files below which were removed for lack of
source code.

1) In the doc directory:

- ambigfus.pdf ctblcons.pdf ctbldeco.pdf ctbldiff.pdf ctblj4.pdf ctblpope.pdf
ctocenex.pdf dntgap.pdf hamilcyc.pdf maintain.pdf multfre2.pdf multfree.pdf
o8p2s3_o8p5s3.pdf probgen.pdf sporsolv.pdf

They are available online at
<http://www.math.rwth-aachen.de/~Thomas.Breuer/ctbllib/doc/chap1.html#application_files>

- other files that are generated at build time

2) the whole htm directory (html version of the above)

3) part of th tst directory.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This issue should be sorted out for the next upstream
release.
