ghmm for Debian

The legacy program "cluster" of ghmm conflicts with graphviz,
upstream agrees to rename it to ghmm-cluster.

For those users who might rely on the name cluster and are sure
that the cluster of graphviz is not needed there is a symlink

   /usr/lib/ghmm/bin/cluster

provided.  Users can set PATH accordingly
