The package is a forked version of github.com/go-git/go-git.
In Debian archive, the original is packaged as golang-github-go-git-go-git.

d/clean: The package disabled the Internet-needed tests, as follow
         the original package.

d/rules: The package disabled the entire tests,
         due to the test fixture (golang-github-go-git-go-git-fixtures)
         version discrepency between the original and the forked version.
