golly for Debian

As of version 1.3, Golly in Debian has some issues remained:
   (0) Should use wxWidgets 2.7 or later, currently modifiers just #ifdef-out.
   (1) System files under /usr/share/golly is only for Debian.
   (2) Install bgolly.
