gpsman for Debian

	To permit gpsman communicate with GPS device through the serial port, 
each user must belong to "dialout" group.

     	Because of security issues, gpsman does not allow to be run by
root. Use a normal user instead.

	The utility programs (exerciser.tcl, mb2gmn.tcl and
mou2gmn.tcl) refered in the documentation are in /usr/lib/gpsman
directory.
