libjs-jquery-mousewheel for Debian

In order to make use of mousewheel in your html, include the following
lines in your html header:

    <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript"
    src="/javascript/jquery/jquery.js"></script>

    <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript"
    src="/javascript/jquery-tipsy/jquery.tipsy.js"></script>

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="/javascript/jquery-tipsy/stylesheets/tipsy.css"
    type="text/css" />


Initialise Tipsy in your document.onload, e.g.:

    $(function() {
        $('a[rel=tipsy]').tipsy({fade: true, gravity: 'n'});
    });
</script>
