KiNG for Debian

For certain functionality king makes use of RDCvis:

It seems RDCvis would be a good target for Debian packaging - feel
free to file a RFP bug if you need it for your work (or if you do
not have any idea how to do this write to the Debian Med mailing list
debian-med@lists.debian.org)
