  * Restore the vg-compatible cactus snarl decomposition API
    (stSnarl, stSnarlDecomposition, stCactusGraph_getSnarlDecomposition,
    stBridgeGraph_getBridgeEdgeEndsToBridgeNodesHash) that upstream
    1d38818 removed and that vg needs in order to build.

  * Reflow Uploaders field (cme)
  * Build the new upstream sources and use the available sonLib list
    constructor

    instead of a separate consumer program
  * Build-/Test-Depends: libcutest-dev
