netgen for Debian

netgen provides

 - netgen :  the gui to generate mesh
 - netgen-doc :  the doc for the netgen gui and some tutorial files
 - libnglib-dev : the static libraries and headers

Regarding the development files, they are organized as follows
for each <dir>
 - /usr/lib/libnglib[-version].so (shared libraries)
 - /usr/include/*.h* (header files for nglib library interface)

Environment

NETGENDIR is set by default to /usr/share/netgen.
