The configuration file for nextcloud-spreed-signaling installed by the package
is the default configuration template supplied by upstream. This means that:

 * No listener is configured – you will probably want to enable the HTTP
   listener after configuring the secrets (see below)
 * The encryption and sessio nsecrets are unconfigured – these must be
   set to random values before exposing the service

Carefully read the configuration file in /etc/nextcloud-spreed-signaling/server.conf,
as well as upstream's README before exposing the signaling server to the internet!
