node-rollup-plugin-dts (6.5.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Update to debhelper compatibility level 14.
  * Add dh-sequence-single-binary.
  * Remove debhelper compat 14 auto-applied substvars.
  * Add debian/salsa-ci.yml.
  * Adapt the test suite to Debian's Node.js environment: use the
    installed TypeScript compiler for downstream checks, skip TypeScript
    7 fallback checks when the optional native compiler is unavailable,
    and disable global module search paths in shim isolation tests.
  * Make the autopkgtest snapshots independent of supported Rollup
    versions by sorting multi-chunk output and normalizing version-
    dependent content hashes.
