nsd 4.x for Debian

  Beware that using nsd commands have often to be performed as user
‘nsd’ and not ‘root’, so that the files it touches or create have the
correct permissions.

  The Debian /etc/init.d/nsd script hence contains wrappers around nsdc
performing the tasks under the proper user, avoiding the need to bother
with switching users.
