optee-client for Debian

## Data dir

Origin version of optee-client put data to /data/tee.
In Debian, we move the data directory to /var/lib/optee-client/data/tee
for FHS compliance.

## How to use this package with optee_test

If you want to build optee_test (xtest) with this package.
Please get export-ta_* from the optee_os's build first.
Remember you have to use exactly the *same* build of export-ta_* with the
optee_os you run on your system because there's private key inside.
If you try to build another optee_os to generate export-ta_* for building
optee_test, usually this won't work because your testing TA won't be verified
by your optee_os.

So let's assume you have export-ta_* in your home directory.
And you should install "optee-client-dev" and "tee-supplicant" package.
To build optee_test, please use the following command

make TA_DEV_KIT_DIR=~/export-ta_* OPTEE_CLIENT_EXPORT=/usr
'''

And before you run ./out/xtest/xtest, you have to install all the
*.ta files in ./out to /lib/optee_armtz
