pcaff for Debian

pcaff is configured per user under ~/.pcaff. The package deliberately does
not install active configuration under /etc because key fingerprints, public
certificates, key stores, mail settings, and SMTP credentials are specific to
the operator.

An example mail template is installed as
/usr/share/pcaff/mail_template.txt.j2. Configuration examples and descriptions
are available in the pcaff(1), pcaff-control(1), and pcaff-sign(1) manual pages.
