PPP-Gatekeeper for Debian

Shorewall integration is not installed by default as Shorewall is a
suggested package.

Integration can be installed by copying
 /usr/share/doc/ppp-gatekeeper/examples/start.shorewall
into
 /etc/shorewall

This will ensure that when Shorewall is restarted that all the PPP Gatekeeper
rules remain intact.
