prometheus-hacluster-exporter for Debian

DRBD exporter requires DRBD 9 kernel module to work. Running the drbdsetup
command with the DRBD 8.4 kernel module rexecs into /lib/drbd/drbdsetup-84
producing the following error:

# /sbin/drbdsetup status --json
status: unrecognized option '--json'
