pyroman for Debian ------------------ To enable auto-execution with systemd, use "systemctl enable pyroman.service". To test new firewall configurations, it is recommended to use $ pyroman safe which will rollback firewall changes if you fail to acknowledge them within 30 seconds, in the case you've locked yourself out. (You could of course setup some at job to do the same, but this is easier) Instead of auto-running with systemd, an elegant usage of pyroman is to print the rules into configuration files that can be read using "iptables-restore" (from the "iptables" package), or to use the "iptables-persistent" package for persistency. -- Erich Schubert Sat, 07 Sep 2019 15:51:22 +0200
