Man page

mcp.1 is generated from mcp.1.md, using the following pandoc command:
    pandoc --standalone --from markdown mcp.1.md --to man -o mcp.1

The mcp.1.md file is created by iterating through mcp --help and each of the
command --help's.

I chose to keep this markdown file in the debian dir, convert it myself to
troff and not have pandoc as a build-dep <!nodoc> etc, because I think that
just complicates the build.
