Edit /etc/roundcube/config.inc.php and add 'keyboard_shortcuts' to the
$config['plugins'] array in order to enable this plugin in Roundcube
Webmail.

The plugin can be configured in /etc/roundcube/plugins/keyboard_shortcuts/config.inc.php .
