rr for Debian

rr currently only supports Intel CPUs of the Merom, Nehalem, Sandy
Bridge or Ivy Bridge variety. No AMD CPU is supported, and no Intel
CPU before Merom or from Haswell onwards.

rr conflicts with certain kernel features;
/usr/share/doc/scripts/setup.sh can disable them as appropriate.

The /usr/lib/rr/librrpreload.so library is not build as
position-independent code; it is i386-only and requires the best
possible performance.
