snap-aligner for Debian
=======================

Please note that the name "snap" was just used inside Debian (even for
a package in the scope of bioinformatics).  Thus this package was named
snap-aligner.

According to

    https://github.com/amplab/snap/issues/111

this program is intended to be used on 64 bit architectures only and
thus the architectures list is restricted to 64 bit architectures.

Please note that at the time of writing this README.Debian the test
suite failed for ppc64 and sparc64 architecture which was reported
upstream at

    https://github.com/amplab/snap/issues/112
