virtuoso-opensource (6.1.0+dfsg2-3) unstable; urgency=high This version introduces an emergency rollback of a defective patch introduced in the 6.1.0+dfsg2-2 of this package. This patch modifies the binary format of the Virtuoso database that is internally consistent but is not compatible with previous versions. It is likely that data corruption has happened if the 6.1.0+dfsg2-2 version has been executed over database files created in previous versions. Installing 6.1.0+dfsg2-3 introduces back the correct format. Any database files manipulated by the 6.1.0+dfsg2-2 version need to be deleted. The default Virtuoso database is located in: /var/lib/virtuoso-opensource-6.1/db/ To remove it: # rm -rf /var/lib/virtuoso-opensource-6.1/db/ For the benefit of KDE/Nepomuk users, the Nepomuk database is located in: ~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk/repository/ To remove it: $ rm -rf ~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk/repository/ -- Obey Arthur Liu Wed, 24 Mar 2010 02:03:42 +0100
