wasm-bindgen (0.2.108+ds-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * clean generated documentation after build
  * add patch 2003
    to avoid seemingly unmaintained and currently unsafe crate rouille
    (see bug#1142994);
    stop build-depend on package for crate rouille
  * tighten build-dependencies
  * build-depend explicitly on libstd-rust-dev
  * declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.7.4
  * use debhelper compatibility level 14 (not 13)
  * update watch file:
    + capitalize file format field label
    + stop set auto-mangling of upstream version (now done by default)
    + limit to STABLE_VERSION
  * reorganize patch naming
