whitakers-words for Debian

This debian package is currently only shipping the main executables
from the upstream source.  In the future, it will be possible to
define custom dictionaries that are appended to the main dictionary.
This will require a significant degree of upstream changes, since that
functionality must be ported from DOS.  It will likley not happen
until January 2021.

In the meantime, if your workflow absolutely requires more words,
please use the upstream sources, and build without setting the
$DATADIR variable.
