NEWS for wmshutdown

  Version 0.2-2 introduces changes that affect scripts that may have been
  written to take use of the binaries in this package. The new binaries are

      wmShutdown => wmshutdown
      Shutdown   => wmshutdown-run

  Likewise for the manual pages.
