xemacs21-packages for Debian

1. Delation of non-free contents from Upstream archive
------------------------------------------------------

1.1 tm

  I removed xemacs-packages/tm/lib-src/pstogif.  Because this file was
borrowed from latex2html version 96.1, which is non-free.  Quoting
from this script;

  I removed xeamcs-packages/zenirc/doc/RFC1459.  Because this file is
RFC file, which is non-free.

1.3 jde

  I removed the following files due to the lack of source codes;

xemacs-packages/jde/java/lib/bsh.jar
xemacs-packages/jde/java/lib/checkstyle-all.jar
xemacs-packages/jde/java/lib/junit.jar
xemacs-packages/jde/doc/tli_rbl/tli_rbl.jar

2. Miscellaneous

  If you want to use AUCTeX, you need to put the following line to
your ~/.xemacs/init.el or ~/.emacs;

(require 'tex-site)

  The way of getting the remailers list which is described in
mailcrypt info is out of date.  If you want to get the list, you can
get it from Mixmaster <http://mixmaster.sourceforge.net/>.  See,
