xfce4-dict (0.4.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  In this version, xfce4-dict-popup has disappeared. This is because
  xfce4-dict-plugin is now an independent application too. If the plugin is
  added to panel, xfce4-dict will popup the dict window. Either, it'll run it
  as a standalone one.
