* Clear DFLAGS before building (Closes: #980686)
- dpkg started to set "-frelease", which is automatically read by
ldmd2 and will lead to build failures as ldmd2 doesn't understand
GCC/GDC flags (it's "-release" for this compiler...).
Setting DFLAGS to emptystring however will mess up gdmd, so since
nobody seems to parse this right, we just ensure the variable isn't
set.
* Drop static-PIC.patch: Seems to be no longer needed and will also cause
the build to fail now due to and unrelated cmake issue.
