astronomical-almanac for Debian

astronomical-almanac looks for its initialization information in three places:
  
  ./aa.ini
  ~/.aa.ini
  /etc/aa.ini

You may want to adjust the default values in the site-wide file
/etc/aa.ini, or else make a local copy and make changes there.

The example files conjunct and moonrise had their inputs compiled in.
I have adapted conjunct to accept them from the command line.  I plan
the same for moonrise.
