binutils-mingw-w64 (13~exp1) experimental; urgency=medium

  The package naming convention has been changed to allow other packages
  supporting UCRT on other architectures and introducing new targets:

      binutils-mingw-w64-ucrt64 -> binutils-mingw-w64-x86-64-ucrt

  binutils-mingw-w64-ucrt64 is now a transitional package and may
  safely be removed.

  All targets now have a UCRT counterpart (previously: only x86-64).
  New packages:
      - binutils-mingw-w64-i686-ucrt - i686 with UCRT

  A new metapackage "binutils-mingw-w64-all" depends on all targets
  while "binutils-mingw-w64" depends only on "classic" targets: i686,
  x86-64 and x86-64 with UCRT.
