bzrformats (3.5.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Update Rust build-dependencies, drop obsolete cython3.
  * Refresh relax-rust-deps.patch for the new crate layout: accept the
    archive versions of xmltree, lru, memchr and whoami, widen patiencediff
    to accept 0.3, and drop the Windows-only winapi dependency.
  * Override embedded-library libyaml; serde_yaml statically links the
    pure-Rust unsafe-libyaml crate, not the C library.
