clBLAS for Debian

This Debian source package was generated with dh-make and subsequently edited 
to follow the Debian science policy revision 1.2 [1].

The packaging repository uses the upstream git repository and its layout 
follows the recommended guidelines in DEP-14 [2]. Specific information 
regarding the packaging repository layout can be found in the accompanying 
debian/gbp.conf file.
