CuraEngine for Debian

This package is part of the Cura suite.

It is normally installed along with the Cura application, but can be
used standalone, if desired.

CuraEngine uses the rapidjson library, which normally includes test scripts
that are covered by a problematic license. These test scripts were already
removed by the upstream project, so the respective clauses in the license file
do not apply to CuraEngine.
A Lintian override was added to reflect this.
