  Command Renaming: repsl to dclrepsl
  The utility command 'repsl' has been renamed to 'dclrepsl'.
  This change was made to prevent potential namespace conflicts with other
  system commands and to ensure consistency with other DCL utilities
  (e.g., dclclr, dclsrv, dclver).

  If you use 'repsl' in your scripts, please update them to use 'dclrepsl'
  instead.
