digitemp for Debian

In order to use this software as a normal user, you have to add the
desired users to the group dialout, which grants that user access
to the serial ports.

This debian release includes two executables from upstream:
digitemp_DS9097 (passive serial) and digitemp_DS9097U (active
serial). It does not install any executable named digitemp as in
older upstream versions.

digitemp_DS2490 was removed as of Debian version 3.7.2-2, as DS2490
(USB) functionality is no longer supported/maintained in upstream
digitemp (https://github.com/bcl/digitemp/issues/14).
