display-dhammapada for Debian

The collection of Buddhist sayings vanished from the internet.
The wayback machine listed at

  https://web.archive.org/web/20170418044544/http://bodhizazen.net/display-dhammapada

later upstream versions but the *.tar.gz files are not archived
and thus not available for packaging it for Debian.  If you have
some information where the updates can be found just report this
to bug #806340
