OVMF.inteltdx.ms.fd
  This is a unified image that includes both the code and varstore.
  It provides the support for Intel TDX (Trust Domain eXtension)
  confidential Virtual Machine.

  This image has secure boot enabled and the default Microsoft certificates
  are pre-enrolled.
