fonts-pecita (4.1-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * New upstream release. Closes: #706274
  * Fix copyright file format

  * Drop otf-pecita transitional package
  * Use "Breaks" instead of "Conflicts". Drop "Provides" as it is no
