gereal for Debian

## Overview

gereal is a serial console management system based on GNU screen and
systemd.  This Debian package provides:

* the gerealctl command-line management utility
* a systemd generator that creates per-session services
* default configuration under /etc/gereal/

The package is intended to replace the cereal tool by Daniel Kahn Gillmor.
