golang-opentelemetry-collector (0.152.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream version 0.152.0.
  * d/watch: match upstream v* release tags with the version-5 git watch.
  * d/copyright: drop the Files-Excluded field for favicons/favicon.ico; that
    path is not a file in the source but an external URL referenced from the
    zpages page header (stripped by remove-privacy-breach.patch), so the
    exclusion was a no-op.  Ship the pristine upstream tarball.
  * d/copyright: set the Files: * copyright to "The OpenTelemetry Authors" with
    no year, matching the source headers (which carry none), and attribute all
    third-party copyright holders present in the tree: Uber Technologies
    (internal/memorylimiter/cgroups, dual Expat and Apache-2.0), Michal
    Witkowski and the gRPC authors (config/configgrpc), and the gRPC authors
    and Mostyn Bramley-Moore (internal/grpccompression).
  * d/control: add the full Build-Depends for every built submodule.
  * d/control: drop the version constraint on golang-any (unstable always
    provides a new enough Go).
  * d/patches: replace disable-tests.patch with 0001-fix-import-comments.patch
    (dh-golang builds with GO111MODULE=off, which enforces Go import comments).
  * d/patches: drop trim-versions.patch (needs koanf >= 2.3.4, now packaged).
  * d/patches: refresh remove-privacy-breach.patch for the new upstream (strip
    the external favicon, font and MDL CSS/JS references from the zpages page
    header).
  * d/rules: re-enable service/ and otelcol/ (otel 1.43.0-2 now ships
    exporters/prometheus).
  * d/rules: build config/configtls; its go-tpm dependencies are now in Debian.
  * d/rules: drop the ineffective DEB_GOMINCOMPAT variable (not read by
    dh-golang).
  * d/rules: rely on dh-golang to install go.mod/go.sum; DH_GOLANG_INSTALL_EXTRA
    now carries only the zpages templates and the component metadata.yaml files
    that the generated TestComponentLifecycle tests read from the build tree.
  * d/rules: set GODEBUG to the go1.25 values (asynctimerchan=0, httpmuxgo121=0)
    so the two tests gated on the module Go version (a config/confighttp routing
    assertion and a scraperhelper synctest timer) pass under dh-golang's GOPATH
    mode; skip only a small cluster of tests that bind the hard-coded Prometheus
    port 8888 or measure throughput and flake intermittently under the parallel
    build.
