gr-framework for Debian

There is a assumption that gr-framework is installed under
${prefix}/gr/{bin,lib,fonts} etc and GRDIR use ${prefix}/gr.

This assumption will not fit for Debian because binary should be
installed at /usr/bin, library should be installed at
/usr/lib/${DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH}/, and fonts should be installed at
/usr/share/gr/fonts and so on.

Originally, gr-framework can customize via GRDIR environment variable
as a fallback, but it was disabled by default because it
does not fit with default path in Debian.

Here is the still effective variables which is related Debian
specific patch with gr-framework in Debian.

* GKS_FONTPATH
  You can customize the search prefix path for gksfont.dat

  The default value is /usr/share/gr, so it was resolved as
  /usr/share/gr/fonts/gksfont.dat.

  GKS_FONTPATH is also used for searching mathtex2_offsets.bin.
  Note that fonts files are not bundled by default. Setup fonts
  files by yourself or use gr_loadfont instead.

  Most of fonts are replaced with similar fonts or packaged version
  in Debian with fonts-dejavu-core, fonts-urw-base35 or fonts-stix.

* GKS_QT
  You can customize the path for gksqt.
  The default value is /usr/bin/qksqt.

* GR_PLOT
  You can customize the path for grplot.
  The default value is /usr/bin/grplot.
