TD0 decompression supports requires code from Dave Dunfield’s TD02IMD
program, whose license doesn't seem to be DFSG-free. In the Debian
package, this code is removed, and the tools are patched to work
without it; attempting to process compressed TD0 images will fail with
an error message mentioning this situation.
